Theta Delta Chi
History at Tufts
Theta Delta Chi was established at Tufts University in 1856, marking the beginning of a legacy enriched by numerous distinguished leaders who have graced the halls of the Theta House. Among them are esteemed faculty members such as President Carmichael, Professor Houston, Dr. Craven, Professor Baker, Mr. Warren Jackson, Mr. Edward Shea, and others.
As one of the most accomplished houses in social, athletic, and academic pursuits at Tufts, we take pride in fostering the true fraternity spirit. Within our fraternity, the college man discovers the essence of genuine friendship. Here, we provide unique opportunities that only fraternities can offer—a camaraderie that extends beyond college years and enriches life itself.
